Second Draft of Quartz: DONE

I’m exhausted (due partially to unrelated reasons).

This draft has to pass the Intelligibility Test, currently being administered by David. Once he’s checked off on this being Not Stupid and Embarrassing, then perhaps I’ll let other people see it.

Thanks, gals. Now I have to decide which of my various writing projects to work on while D. reads Quartz. The Quartz sequel (working title Flare)? Kai’s book (that I want to call Riven, but can’t because of the video game)? Write shorts? Revise shorts? Rainbird??

My focus has been on Quartz for so long that I feel very scattered and overwhelmed when faced by everything else I’ve been putting off.

Titles can’t be copyrighted, and Riven is a legitimate word with a mundane meaning. I say, Go for it!

And definitely go ahead and write it. I want to find out more about Kai. :grins:
